In Tara's Words

I am an experienced mental health professional with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and combat-related PTSD. I am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered, holistic, cognitive-behavioral, exposure-based, and solution-focused modalities to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I strive to create a calm, supportive, and collaborative environment where every client feels seen, respected, and empowered. My goal is to help clients build resilience, navigate challenges, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for them.
