Real Therapy for Real People
Couples Therapy
Couples and marriage counseling for partners who keep ending up in the same place.
Is This You?
You might be thinking:
- "We keep having the same fight."
- "We fight about everything and misinterpret each other."
- "We feel more like roommates than partners."
- "We love each other, but we don't know how to talk anymore."

The Fight Is Usually a Cycle
Most couples who call us aren't fighting about the dishes. They are caught in a loop: one pushes, one pulls away, and both feel alone.
In couples sessions, we slow that loop down so you can both see it. Once you see it, you can start choosing something different.
What We Help With
- Repeating arguments
- Communication breakdowns
- Trust after a betrayal
- Marriage and premarital concerns
- Stress from parenting, money or in-laws
- Feeling distant or disconnected
How We Work
Map the cycle
We name the pattern that keeps repeating so it stops feeling like the other person's fault.
Emotionally Focused Therapy
An approach the team uses that looks at the needs and fears under the conflict.
The Gottman Method
Another approach the team uses, with practical tools for fighting fairly and repairing after.
