I am a licensed professional counselor with a background in nursing. I help teens, adults and older adults using a whole-person approach tapping into spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental aspects of life interactions. I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, depression and anger management. I treat couples and families as well, helping them to identify cycles that may be impacting the relationship.
