Life Coach

In Jason's Words

I am a life coach with a master's degree in mental health counseling and a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. My background in mental health counseling has shaped my understanding of the unique experiences that influence personal growth, emotional well-being, relationships, and decision-making. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating substance use concerns, multicultural issues, adolescence, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and significant life transitions. My approach to life coaching is collaborative, strengths-based, and centered on helping each person identify their goals, overcome barriers, and build confidence in their ability to move forward. Whether you are navigating a career or personal transition, working toward greater accountability, developing strategies to manage everyday challenges, or seeking clarity about your next chapter, I am committed to helping you identify practical steps toward your goals. My goal is to empower you to build on your existing strengths, make intentional decisions, and create a life that reflects your values, priorities, and vision for the future.

Life coaching is different from therapy. Coaching focuses on goals and next steps; it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Ask the office whether coaching or therapy is the better fit for you.
