How We Work
Same care, by video
Sessions follow the same approaches our team uses for every client.
Matched to fit
We match you by what you bring and honor preferences where we can.
A plan you review
You and your counselor review the plan together about every three months.
What You Need
A private room where you won't be overheard, a stable internet connection, and a phone, tablet or laptop that is charged. Set it up hands-free so you can stay still and focused, and never join while driving.
You must be located in Texas at the time of each session. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
