Is This You?
You might be thinking:
- "I am a shell of myself."
- "I don't love or like myself."
- "I used to enjoy things. Now I don't care."
- "I'm tired no matter how much I sleep."

Depression Can Be Quiet
Depression doesn't always look like sadness. It can look like canceling plans, scrolling for hours, or snapping at people you love.
Many of our clients were the strong one for everybody else. Therapy is a place where you don't have to be.
