Real Therapy for Real People
Life Transitions
Support for the seasons when your life looks different from how it did a year ago.
Is This You?
You might be thinking:
- "I feel like I am not living my life the way I desire."
- "We just moved, and I don't feel at home anywhere."
- "The kids left, and the house is too quiet."
- "I retired and don't know who I am now."

Even Good Changes Are Hard
A new baby, a promotion or a move can be good news and still leave you feeling unsteady. Losing a familiar role or routine takes adjusting.
Counseling gives you a place to sort through what you're leaving behind and what you want next.

Insurance and Fees
For life transitions, our in-network plans include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Medicare, TRICARE and Curative. Coverage varies by plan and clinician. Self-pay sessions start at $50, depending on the clinician's licensure, and a sliding scale based on income is available.

- Is a transition a good enough reason for therapy?
- Yes. You don't need a crisis to start. Big changes are a common reason people reach out.
- What's the difference between therapy and coaching?
- Therapy can treat mental health concerns like anxiety and depression. Coaching focuses on goals and next steps. The office can help you choose.
- Do you work with military families?
- Yes. Relocations and deployments are big transitions, and we see clients anywhere in Texas.
