The Program

What Is an IOP?

An intensive outpatient program is therapy that meets more than once a week: group sessions plus your own therapist, while you keep living your life.

Our IOP focuses on depression while also supporting individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief and loss. Through psychoeducation and practical coping skills informed by DBT, ACT, CBT, and somatic discovery, clients learn to manage emotions, navigate stress, and build resilience. Individual suitability is determined through a clinical assessment.

How It Works

Four steps, start to finish.

More support than weekly therapy, while you keep living your life.

  1. 1

    Reach Out

Call or text the office for the next available class. No pressure, no commitment yet.

  2. 2

    Consultation

We listen, answer your questions and check your insurance.

  3. 3

    Your Program

Group sessions plus one-on-one time with your own therapist.

  4. 4

    Step Down

We ease off as you're ready and plan what comes next.

What's Included

A whole program around you.

Therapy is not one size fits all. Neither is this.

  • Group Therapy

A small group of people who understand what you're carrying.

  • Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions with a therapist who knows your story.

  • Trauma-Informed Care

Care that starts from what happened to you, not what's wrong with you.

  • A Plan for After

A clear next step, so the progress holds.

Is This Right for You?

The program may be a good fit if...

  • Depression that weekly therapy hasn't been enough for
  • Depression that keeps getting in the way of work, home or relationships
  • Depression that comes with grief, loss, trauma or anxiety
  • A hard season you don't want to face alone

Not sure? That's what the consultation is for.
