Real Therapy for Real People
Anxiety Therapy
For worry that won't switch off, even when you are exhausted.
Is This You?
You might be thinking:
- "My mind won't stop, even at 2 a.m."
- "I have a hard time socializing."
- "I've had panic attacks out of nowhere."
- "I'm running on empty, and I still can't rest."

Your Body Is Trying to Protect You
Anxiety is your alarm system working too hard. It shows up as a racing mind, a tight chest, or lying awake replaying a conversation.
In therapy, we learn what sets the alarm off and practice ways to turn the volume down, so worry gets a smaller say in your day.

- 1. Reach out. You do not need a polished explanation of your worry. Send your name and preferred contact method to the office.
- 2. Free consultation. Ask about anxiety support in a free 15-minute conversation. We discuss your questions, insurance and self-pay options.
- 3. Your first session. We consider the kind of worry you describe and your preferences. Your matched clinician meets with you by secure video.
Insurance and Fees
For anxiety therapy, our in-network plans include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Medicare, TRICARE and Curative. Coverage varies by plan and clinician. Self-pay sessions start at $50, depending on the clinician's licensure, and a sliding scale based on income is available.

- Is anxiety therapy only talking?
- No. You also practice skills in session, like breathing and reframing thoughts, and try them during the week.
- Can anxiety and depression happen together?
- Yes, often. Your counselor can work with both.
- What if I have a panic attack during a session?
- Your counselor will help you slow down and ground yourself. It's a good chance to practice.
