Real Therapy for Real People
Individual Therapy
One-on-one time to understand your whys, figure out who you are and work toward who you want to be.
Is This You?
You might be thinking:
- "I feel like I am not living my life the way I desire."
- "I have a hard time keeping healthy relationships."
- "I keep repeating the same patterns and don't know why."
- "I want someone to talk to who isn't family or a friend."

Time That Is Only Yours
Individual therapy is a standing appointment with someone whose only job in that hour is you. Sessions are 45 or 60 minutes (30 or 45 minutes with a Graduate Counselor Intern).
Some people come with one clear problem. Others just know something feels off. Both are good reasons to start.
