Real Therapy for Real People
Grief and Loss Counseling
Room to grieve whatever you have lost, in whatever way grief is showing up for you.
Is This You?
You might be thinking:
- "Everyone else has moved on, and I haven't."
- "I'm angry all the time since they died."
- "I feel nothing, and that scares me."
- "I lost my job, and with it, who I thought I was."

Grief Doesn't Always Look Like Tears
Sometimes grief looks like anger at everyone. Sometimes it's numbness, or staying so busy you never sit down.
In counseling, there's no right way to grieve and no deadline. We make space for all of it.
What We Help With
- Death of a loved one
- End of a marriage or relationship
- Loss of health or a diagnosis
- Loss of a job or role
- Losing a home or moving away
- Grief that shows up as anger or numbness
