Online Therapy in San Antonio
Therapy for San Antonio families in English or Spanish, by secure video, with evening and weekend times. Whether your household speaks one language or moves between two, there is room for all of it here.

A Family That Speaks Two Languages
In many San Antonio homes, grandparents speak Spanish, kids answer in English, and parents translate in both directions all day. When something hard happens, the words that matter most often come out in the language you grew up with.
Debbie Vidana is bilingual and has experience with children and families. Clients who prefer Spanish can work with her in their own language, and families can mix both languages in one session.
Culture is part of the conversation, too. Respect for elders, strong family loyalty and faith often shape how a family handles stress. Debbie brings a culturally responsive approach, so those values are treated as strengths rather than obstacles.
Military Families in a Military City
San Antonio is home to many service members, veterans and their families. Tara Franklin, LPC, works with veterans, including combat-related PTSD, as well as aging adults and seniors. She sees private-pay clients only and does not bill insurance.
Couples feeling the strain of service can work with Melisa Smith, LPC, who sees only couples and families.
Military life asks a lot of everyone in the house. A parent deploys and the other parent runs everything alone. Kids change schools and lose friends. A service member comes home and the family has to learn each other again. These changes are normal, and they still hurt. Talking about them with someone outside the family can make room for patience where there has been a lot of tension.
