The Woodlands and Spring
Online Therapy in The Woodlands
For adults and couples in The Woodlands and nearby Spring who want real help without running into a neighbor in a waiting room. You talk from your own home, on your own time.

In a community where people know each other from school, church and work, some people put off therapy because they do not want to be seen walking into an office. That worry is common, and it is a fair one.
With video sessions, nobody sees you arrive. You choose the room, close the door and talk. Your clinician meets you there.
Many clients like that they can wrap up a hard session and stay in a familiar space, with a cup of tea or a walk outside, instead of heading straight back into the car and the rest of the day.
For Couples Who Feel Far Apart
Couples come to us when the same argument keeps coming back, when trust has been hurt, or when they feel more like roommates than partners. Sessions help you slow down the pattern and hear what sits under it.
Melisa Smith works with couples and families, and she brings a person-centered style that helps each partner feel heard before anyone is asked to change.
You can join from the same couch or from two locations if travel or work keeps you apart. Both of you need to be in Texas during the session.
For Adults Carrying Something Heavy
Individual clients from The Woodlands area often come to us for:
- Trauma and PTSD, including combat-related PTSD
- Grief that has not eased with time
- Anxiety and overthinking
- Depression and feeling stuck
Starting at Your Own Pace
You do not have to know exactly what is wrong before you reach out. Call, text or email the office, share as much or as little as you like, and we will suggest a clinician whose focus fits.
Your first session is a chance to see how it feels to talk with that person. If something does not feel right, say so. A good fit matters more than anything else in therapy, and we would rather help you find it than have you push through.
We are fully online and do not have an office in The Woodlands or anywhere else. Clients must be in Texas during each session. Tara Franklin sees private-pay clients only.
