Bilingual Telehealth
Online Therapy in El Paso
Support for El Paso families in English, in Spanish or in both, from clinicians who respect the way your family talks, prays and takes care of one another. Sessions happen by secure video, so you can talk with a Texas clinician without leaving home.

Far From Houston, Close to Home
El Paso sits at the far western edge of Texas, a long way from our Houston-area practice. With telehealth, that distance disappears. All of our clinicians are licensed in Texas, and the only requirement is that you are physically in Texas during your session.
Families join from the living room, the kitchen table or a quiet corner of the house. A parent can log in from work while a teenager joins from home. Evening and weekend appointments are available, which helps when school, shifts and long commutes fill the week.
When Family Life Feels Heavy
Parents worry about a child who has gone quiet. Teens feel caught between what their family expects and what their friends are living. Grandparents raise grandchildren. Families stretched across two countries miss each other in ways that are hard to explain.
Debbie Vidana, our bilingual Graduate Counselor Intern, works with children and families and brings a culturally responsive approach. Parents who think in Spanish can say exactly what they mean, and kids who are more at ease in English can answer the same way.
Who Else Can Help
Melisa Smith, LPC, works only with couples and families and helps households stuck in the same conflict. Demetria Flowers, LPC Associate, supports adults through anxiety, depression and life transitions.
Sometimes one person in the family needs their own space first. A mother running on empty, a father who keeps his worries to himself, or a young adult deciding whether to stay close to home or leave for school can start individually, and the family can join later if that helps.

Common Questions
- What if part of my family lives in Ciudad Juárez?
- Every person in the session must be physically in Texas at the time. Family members outside Texas cannot join, but we can talk about how to support those relationships from here.
- ¿Ofrecen sesiones para familias en español?
- Sí. Debbie Vidana trabaja con familias en español y en inglés. Comuníquese con la oficina por teléfono, texto o correo electrónico.
- What time zone are your appointments in?
- Our office runs on Central Time and El Paso is on Mountain Time, one hour behind. We confirm every appointment in your local time so nobody logs in an hour early or an hour late.
